Our clients have problems that need solutions. Design is about concept and creativity. We listen and define, and often we suggest solutions that are outside the box and beyond the obvious. We hope that our decades of experience and practical implementation are of great value to you, our clients.

We are blessed with repeat business from so many of the friends we have developed relationships with through the years. We are thrilled when the phone rings and the person on the other end  says “Remember me…?” from five or twelve or twenty years ago! And a new and exciting adventure begins!

This month we feature the first compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station in Morris County. Watch for this alternative fuel to take off in the future. We are working on our sixth installation – all for fleet operations so far, but the technology is proven and the cost effectiveness assures that this will be the fuel of choice, not only for trucks, but for your car. The Honda Civic natural gas car has been available for years, but it is tough to stop for gas when the stations are only every 100 miles! That will change, though, because the collapsing price of natural gas is half that of the always fluctuating oil and gasoline prices. What a joy it is to testify before local planning boards that fuel oil delivery trucks will be taken off their roads and the noise of garbage trucks will be reduced by 90%. At the CNG Blue Diamond facility’s ribbon-cutting ceremony in Mt. Arlington, the mayor stated that the only complaints from his citizens is that they don’t get their trash out on time because they can’t hear the trucks coming!

We love thinking outside the box, whether it be while addressing alternative fuels, flood mitigation, adaptive reuse, environmental restoration or long-range master planning. We love adding value to the process. And we love those calls from long-lost friends like you!
